These rules apply to all Lush Games platforms including the game server, Discord, and website. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. All punishments are at staff discretion.
Any client, mod, or injection granting an advantage the vanilla game does not. Killaura, reach, aim assist, velocity, anti-knockback, fly, speed, and no-fall all fall under this.
Jesus, step, elytra assists, sprint toggles beyond vanilla behaviour, and anything that moves you in a way the vanilla client cannot.
Seeing through blocks in any form, whether that is an x-ray texture pack, an x-ray mod, or a cave and ore finder.
Inventory walking, inventory automation, auto-armour, auto-totem, and chest stealers.
Any tool, script, or bind that produces inputs you did not make yourself, including auto clickers, drag and butterfly click software, recorded input sequences, and keys bound to perform more than one action. A single keybind that performs one action is fine.
Health tags above players, armour and durability readouts for others, and potion effect displays for anyone but yourself.
Anything keeping you online or farming while you are away from your computer, whether that is software or redstone.
If staff ask you to screenshare, you must comply. Refusing, disconnecting, stalling, using a VPN or remote desktop, or wiping your system during one is treated as an admission.
Optimisation and quality-of-life mods are fine: Sodium, Lithium, Iris, shaders, minimaps without entity radar, Litematica outside printer mode, and cosmetic packs. Ask a staff member first if you are unsure.
Using an unintended behaviour for gain instead of reporting it, covering item, spawn, shop, claim, and plugin bugs alike.
Report anything that looks broken to staff or in Discord. Reporting something you could have abused is rewarded; hiding it is punished.
Duplicating items or currency in any form. Attempting to dupe is treated the same as succeeding, and so is knowingly holding or spending duped goods.
Builds, redstone, entity stacking, or commands intended to degrade server or client performance.
Finding, sharing, or using the world seed. This includes seed crackers, mapping tools fed with our chunks, and using a known seed to locate structures, biomes, or other players.
Entering claims or bases through boats, minecarts, pearl clipping, portals, or any other unintended route.
Bots, scripted accounts, and farms that run without a player present.
Boxing someone into a portal, or building around one so they are sent back and forth with no way out. The same goes for trapping players anywhere they cannot escape, log out from, or be helped out of.
Repeated messages, caps flooding, character walls, and message-per-second flooding.
Other servers, IPs, Discord invites, shops, or social handles posted to promote something. Sharing your own content is fine where a channel allows it.
Spacing, substituting, or misspelling words to slip past the chat filter. The filter existing does not make the word allowed.
Sexual, graphic, or otherwise explicit content in chat, links, signs, books, item names, or builds. Anything involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities.
Claiming to be staff, acting as though you carry staff authority, or imitating another player through names, skins, or capes to mislead people.
Use the channel meant for what you are doing. Trade in trade, help in help, and keep arguments out of global.
Insults, provocation, and general hostility towards other players. Banter between friends is fine until someone asks you to stop.
Repeatedly targeting someone after being asked to stop, following them between servers or channels, or organising others against them.
Slurs and abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality, or disability. Enforced regardless of who you are talking to or what you meant by it.
Death threats, threats of violence, and encouraging self-harm or suicide. These are not treated as jokes.
Arguing a punishment in public chat will not reverse it; open an appeal instead. Staff are held to these rules too, so report a staff member privately to Management.
Going back on an agreed in-game trade, fake middlemanning, or misrepresenting what you are selling.
Sharing, collecting, or threatening to share anyone’s personal information: real name, address, workplace, school, phone number, IP, or photographs. Threatening it is punished the same as doing it.
Threatening or carrying out attacks against players, staff, or our infrastructure, including booting, swatting, and account takeover attempts.
Never ask another player for AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or any remote session, and never accept one. Staff will only ever ask for this during a screenshare.
We will never ask for your password. Account sharing is at your own risk, and anything done on your account is your responsibility.
Returning on another account, another IP, or a VPN while a punishment is still running. Every account you use is treated as the same person.
Using alternate accounts to gain an advantage: stacking votes, farming referral rewards, holding duplicate claims, or dodging cooldowns.
Lending your account to a punished player, or buying an account to get around a punishment of your own.
Inflating stats or generating items through arranged kills, repeated trades, or drops between alts and friends. Leaderboards, bounties, and rewards are meant to reflect what you actually did.
Exchanging anything in game for real money, gift cards, crypto, Nitro, accounts, or goods on another server. This applies to both sides of the trade and to advertising it.
Coinflips, raffles, lotteries, and any other game of chance run through Discord, private trades, or third-party sites using our items or currency. Only gambling features we provide ourselves are permitted.
Taking real money, gift cards, accounts, or anything else of real-world value and not delivering. We cannot recover what you lose in a deal like this, and arranging one breaks the rules on its own even when both sides are honest.
Chargebacks, disputed payments, and fraudulent purchases. Contact us first if a purchase went wrong and we will sort it out.
Store purchases are delivered to the account named at checkout and are not transferable or refundable. Our store policy carries the full terms.
They apply on the server, in Discord, on the website, and to anything you do elsewhere that targets our players or staff.
This list cannot name everything. If something feels like it would get you in trouble, it probably will, and "the rules never said I could not" has never worked on anyone.
Breaking the same rule again is treated more seriously each time, and staff may act more firmly where the circumstances call for it.
Every punishment carries an ID. Quote it when you appeal.
We update this page as the server changes. Not having read a rule is not a defence for breaking it.
Want to appeal a punishment?
Log in and open a support ticket at /dashboard with the category "Appeal". Include your username, the punishment ID, and why you believe it should be lifted.
